this week we take a look at some stories about poltergeists. poltergeist is German for "noisy ghost”, or "noisy spirit” and is a type of ghost or spirit that is responsible for physical disturbances, this could be loud noises and objects being moved or destroyed. And depictions of poltergeists show them as capable of pinching, biting, hitting, and tripping people. They are said to be capable of the movement or levitation of objects such as furniture and cutlery, or noises such as knocking on doors.
the cases that we discus are
the Enfield poltergeist
the Thornton heath poltergeist
the haunting of the Herrmann family
the Battersea poltergeist
 and the Indianapolis poltergeist
