Welcome back to Mixtape Monday and I'd like to welcome those of you who listened to #summerofthedizz2018. Recently I Dj'd at the Columbia Club, located on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. It was an honor to Dj in my hometown like this. My set ended about 10:45pm, but I l felt like playing around with some tunes and seeing where I could go. This mix has a block party vibe to it from the early 1980's. Growing up admiring DJ Jazzy Jeff, Kid Capri, Grandmaster Flash, Jam Master Jay, you can kind of understand the vibe I'm creating. Take a listen and share it if you like it!
