Joe takes us through the horrendous bailout now being perpetrated in Ohio by the owners of the Perry and Davis-Besse nuclear reactors, both on the brink of economic ruin, both capable of utterly destroying the entire Great Lakes region.

Bob, a long-time socialist scholar, explains the roots of much of the modern conflict between national socialism/monopoly capitalism and democratic socialism or social democracy.
