We then discussed mental health an how depression and anxiety have played a huge role in Jays life so far, hearing about an amazing charity bike ride he’s got lined up with “Sean’s Place” in aid of men’s mental health. Unbelievably inspiring episode which I feel will really benefit any up and coming DJs or producers.
