Indy Eleven- Soccer Saturday 1/13/2024

(0:00-3:04) Greg Rakestraw kicks off the show this week by talking about the new Head Coach of the Indy Eleven announced this week. He talks about another player signing this week and previews who will be on the show today including the latest Undrafted updated.  

(6:04-23:09) During this segment, it is the new Head Coach of the Indy Eleven Sean McAuley who makes his Soccer Saturday debut. Coach McAuley talks about how excited he is to become Indy Eleven’s newest Head Coach and why he decided to move from MLS’s Minnesota United to USL’s Indy Eleven. He discusses the time he remembered playing in Indianapolis and getting lost around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway while going on a jog.  

(26:09-34:18) In this segment, the newest signee to Indy Eleven Roberto Molina is returning for his 2nd season. He talks about what it means to come back for his 2nd season and what he thinks of the new head coach this coming season. Roberto talks about why he likes the Indianapolis area so much and enjoys playing here. He talks about his goals for the 2024 season.  

(37:18-47:27) It is the weekly Undrafted segment as Greg’s guest is his broadcast partner and brains behind Undrafted Brad Hauter they talk about Under Armour who is the new kit manufacturer with Indy Eleven and when the kits will be revealed for the season. Brad gives us his thoughts on the new Head Coach of Indy Eleven and his thoughts for the upcoming season. Brad and Greg discuss the latest news regarding Undrafted and what the future may hold for the show.  

(50:27-57:27) The final segment of the show, Greg talks about the FA Cup in England as they hit the round of 64. He talks about the matches to watch in this round of the tournament.
