To be present in life is the best gift you can give yourself. Often it is only after we emerge from a traumatic experience that we realise we have lost ourselves somewhere in life and wonder where we’ve gone. Our lives are not lived in the past, future or other people’s business, they’re lived now, present where we are.


How you spend your days is how you spend your life. So if you want an extraordinary experience, start taking those actions today. Your life won’t be wonderful one day when, because life is happening now, so create the life you want tomorrow with your actions of today.
