This is not the case, and the author is unknown, but nevertheless, this poem resonates deeply. The author eloquently captures the essence of the human experience and the lessons they learned in life. As I began to love myself and live in compassionate kindness towards myself, I've learned this is the path to a happy, authentic, fulfilled life, even though it's not always "easy."
