In a recent poll of 1254 adults ranging from in age from 18 to 80, 30% of all millennials interviewed said they were lonely in their life, and 22% said they had no friends. Loneliness is often indicative of isolation both from oneself and society. When you’re lonely, you often back yourself into a corner believing nobody knows what you’re experiencing or cares. This is not true. Loneliness is a human condition that everyone faces, reach out and let others know of your struggle. You’re not alone.
