We each have situations and people in our lives that push us to our limits. Life is a constant set of energetic transactions that illicit every human thought and emotion from within us. What we do with the less edifying transactions lays fully within our power. We can choose to become caught up in the negative energy that is generated or to resonate at our highest and best vibration. We are the only ones who are the guardian of our inner sanctum; nobody else has this responsibility. Therefore guard your inner peace and don’t allow the behaviours of others to rob you of what is yours.
