In this episode, you're encouraged to release the worry because the energy of worry does not add any value to your life. In fact, a mile of worries won’t get you as far as one inch of action. If you’re wanting to release the worry look at what meaningful action you can take that will move you in the direction you wish to go. Life is lived through action, not worry.
