Best of the Best Edition

This rather interesting trio of games gives us a chance to talk about some fairly obscure video game companies (or at least what little we know about them in Raya's case). 

We talk about Best of the Best: Karate Championship which is an interesting but frustrating kickboxing sim. Please note that this game with the word "Karate" in the title doesn't actually feature any karate.

Then we talk about Firepower 2000. It's another scrolling shooter but this one plays a bit differently than its peers. Will it be enough to put it in the upper echelon of shooters on the list?

Finally, we discuss Captain Novolin. This game has already been featured in so many articles about strange and/or bad video games that it likely needs no introduction. This strange quasi-educational game about diabetes is given a fair shake here and we have quite a bit to say about it.
