Neil Medley loves writing country music. And he’s good at it too, Neil has had over 40 songs recorded in the US and internationally by artists such as Luke Bryan, Kid Rock, Tyler Farr w/ Jason Aldean, Jake Owen, Lindsay Ell, Josh Abbott Band, Brent Cobb, and many others.

Neil talks about the initial idea of “I Don’t Love You”, his most recent hit, with Lindsay Ell, and how quickly it grew into a full song. We talk about how Neil enjoys writing for other people, and with other people. We discuss one of Neil’s first big hits “Tailgate Blues”, and how ecstatic he was when it got picked up by Luke Bryan.
