SnapSessions! presents Episode 10 featuring an interview and concert highlights with famed comedian, political analyst, writer and baseball fan, Will Durst! Durst talks about growing up in Milwaukee, his early days in comedy, his move to San Francisco in the late 1970s, and the development of his career throughout the 1980s to the present. Highlights include the booming comedy scene in SF in the 1980s, Durst’s performing before “3 elected presidents”, and his work with a wide range of politicians and performers including former SF Mayor Willie Brown, Robin Williams, Bill Maher, and his fabulous improviser wife, Debi Ann Pickel Durst. Here and there Durst opines on his life as a Milwaukee Braves and SF Giants’ baseball fan.
