The Entrepreneurial mindset is so important if you are going to make a smooth career change. There is something about this mindset that allows you to pursue your dream career at a more rapid, confident and courageous manner.

Whenever the word Entrepreneur is used to describe what we do, if you don't see yourself as Entrepreneurial, you may immediately discount what comes after. Tuning out the information simply because you don't see yourself in that light - the light of an Entrepreneur, could easily rob you of vitally important experiences.

What is an Entrepreneur?

I came across this definition in the Lexicon Financial Times that I thought was so fitting.

Here is what it says:

Entrepreneurial mindset refers to a specific state of mind which orientates human conduct towards entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. Individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets are often drawn to opportunities, innovation and new value creation.

I especially like the last part of the definition given: "... entrepreneurial mindsets are often drawn to opportunities, innovation and new value creation."
