On this episode Tom is having a chat with Noah Tucker. Noah is a chef from New York who has been calling Amsterdam his home for more than a decade now. Noah and his business and culinary partner, Anthony Joseph, founded High Cuisine with the purpose of creating and curating a fine dining experience using cannabis and other natural psychoactive herbs and ingredients such as truffles, mushrooms and kratom. They have since gone on to create their own TV show. They have released their first cookbook (with more to come), and have collaborated with world-renowned cocktail makers to create a mocktail recipe book using psychoactive ingredients.
