“The language kids use these days about sexuality can be exhausting,” says this week’s guest, Jo Langford. “We often have to coax out the meat of what kids are saying, because the landscape of sexuality language and what words mean to them, is changing very fast all the time.” On this episode Joe chats to Jo Langford – therapist, author and sex educator for tweens, teens and parents. His newest book, The Pride Guide, is a guide to sexual and social development, safety and health for queer youth and their families. Jo and Joe talk all things around gender diversity and the needs of trans and non-confirming youth. “We need kids to see they’re represented in the therapists office,” says Jo.
