Episode summary: Lex is tracking a phantom for his own purposes.  John Jones shares he was working with Jor-el and now with Lionel.  Martha leaves for Washington.  Lana leaves lex and appears to be the victim of a car bombing.  Lois runs into a guard she can’t talk her way past.  Clark faces the phantom who takes clark’s form. He’ just like clark – except  . . . more bizarre.
