In this episode we talk about many forms of injustice. I stand against racism and want to help building a world free of discrimination, hate and violence.

Being a role model though good example and good actions can inspire people to live a more purposeful life and as a consequence create a positive effect on their community and eventually on the planet.

Welcome back to Small Talks (at midnight). I'm your host, Flavia Marfella.
In this episode, I connected to 3 inspiring voices:

Grace Maddrell, 14 years old  climate activist from England https://twitter.com/ElmGraceDr. Richard Munang from Kenya, climate action expert, UN innovation award winner and author of the book Making Africa Work through the Power of Innovative Volunteerism https://twitter.com/RichardMunangFrancis Ssembatya 18y. climate activist from Uganda https://twitter.com/FrancisSsembat2

This episode is about how to empower young generation, being role model, representing minority, living a purposeful life, climate changes effect in Africa, friendship, dreams and vision.

How would be the world if we could have millions of people living a purposeful life, where passion is the currency? Inspiring somebody is part of solving problems.

We need to be brave for the kids who are dreaming those biggest dreams of equality and better world today. Every child should know that their future matters and their dreams are possible.

As you know I particularly care about the climate change movement and, on top of that, I believe in listening to the young generation and to anyone that empowers them.

Enjoy listening!
Flavia
