Welcome back to Small Talks at Midnight, I’m your host Flavia Marfella. This time I went to in New York. There I met Angela. Transformation coach & meditation teacher.
Starting from her own difficult past, she is a living example of how you can heal yourself.
It all began with a little book called You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay and nothing will stop this brave woman in fighting injustice and helping other people with her example.
She worked this past year with her Senator to help creating a law to help victims of domestic violence.
As she also is a plant-based chef, we talked about food, nutrition and her passion for Italy, my country.
Listen to this fearless voice from New York, against domestic violence. A story of healing through meditation.
In her work as a transformation coach & meditation teacher, she uses the same tools that saved her life and set her on a path of peace and happiness. This past year, after trying to convert anger in something positive, she come up with an idea on her meditation cushion.

'What is happiness?' 'How am I going to live my life?'At age of 29 Angela found herself in a turning point. She wanted to leave her abusive marriage and she figured that she needed a plan. It was time for her to make some brave decision to get out of a difficult situation and really heal herself.

When the things seemed to go on a right path again, Angela had to face another traumatic episode. Again, she found in herself the strength to go on, this time thanks to meditation.

Angela shared with me how she uses the same tools that saved her life to help other people to find a path of peace and happiness.

Meditation is for her an incredible source of ideas and a way to convert anger in something good.

Even if I just met Angela, I immediately could feel she is unstoppable. She told me what ’s next.
