In episode nine I chat with Dana James-Edwards, AKA Dana the Trainer, who is a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach and is especially passionate about her work in diversity and inclusion. Dana will share her story about moving from a corporate role into entrepreneurship pretty much overnight, and how she got to where she is today- celebrating her fifth year in business- before we delve into a friendly chat about diversity and inclusion.

Dana shares her personal experience, along with real life examples of businesses that get it, businesses that are trying and businesses who fall short- and gives us actionable tips and ideas for how to be a better ally to the BAEM & LGBTQ+ communities (including all the info about her free web sessions for small business owners who want to take action).

If you want to a be a better ally, and incorporate some real actions to be more diverse and inclusive in your business this is the episode for you!
