Tom Shay invites Beth Montpas to visit Small Business Conversations as we discuss our observations and suggestions for small business owners who are working their way through the pandemic. We discuss those businesses who have taken a beating and have not fought back; the businesses where they have just plowed straight ahead as if nothing has happened and being totally unaware of the changes; and the "hold my beer" crowd who sees the pandemic to adapt and drive their business forward.
