On today's episode I sit down with Aaron and Kristen of Drafting Table Brewing Company out of Wixom, MI. Drafting Table is actually about to celebrate their one year anniversary so I headed over to their tap room in Wixom and grabbed a couple beers with the owners Aaron and Kristen to learn about the brewery and their journey to owning a one year old brewery.
Drafting Table is celebrating their One Year Anniversary this Saturday March 25 with a big bash and their first bottle release. They have three limited releases that will be available starting Saturday at noon. They will be selling 16oz bottles of Bourbon Barrel Aged Mean Vanilla Bean Imperial Stout, Bourbon Barrel Aged Mean Peanut Bean Imperial Stout and Beard of Barley English Barleywine. They do have limited quantity so make sure you get there at the beginning of the party to grab your bottles.
