Todays guest is co-owner/founder and brewer of Cellarmen's in Hazel Park, MI, Ian Radogost-Givens. Ian was kind enough to invite me into their brewing facility and tap-room off of John R. Rd in Hazel Park. We talk about what motivated them to open Cellarmen's (6:00), how Ian got into Mead (13:45), I taste some of the Mead, Ciders and Beers made and offered at the Cellarmen's tap-room, and of course we get to the end of podcast three questions. Cellarmen's is a very welcoming place and I recommend everyone who is a fan of Mead, Cider, and Beer stop by for a glass or a flight and say hi to the guys. Dogs are welcome, but they have to follow the only rule just like the humans, don't be a dick.

Big thanks to Son Step for the wicked theme music. If you are in in Bloomington, IN on Wednesday April 27 make sure to check out the show at Uel Zing Coffee featuring Son Step, among other great groups.

Now I would like to call this session to order by raising a glass to Ian and Cellarmen's, " To Slurred Speech and the Stories we Preach".
