Nate and Adam are the only two people I've interacted with that have gone to school for an education in fermentation science and overall craft brewing. We get into what attracted them to these programs and what they loved and hated about their respective programs. Along the way to talk about our beer histories and get into some fun Craft Beer Would You Rather and of course the three questions.
