Because of this, it’s something that’s rarely talked about and there isn’t nearly enough education on this topic. In fact, some women don’t even know that the muscles exist or how to tone them.


Not many people know that pelvic floor muscle issues can happen to women in every age group, whether they have birthed children or not. Women may be reluctant to talk about these issues because they feel shame and like they are the only ones experiencing them. However, many women have pelvic floor muscle issues.
