S4P Radio, Sleep Science Audio Abstract 13: A Critical Review of Consumer Wearables
In our first Audio Abstract for 2020, we review an article entitled “A Critical Review of Consumer Wearables, Mobile Applications, and Equipment for Providing Biofeedback, Monitoring Stress, and Sleep in Physically Active Populations” by Jonathon M. Peake, Graham Kerr and John P. Sullivan.
