Episode 52: Sledgehammer

Well SlashU Students, we're sorry but not all the movies we watch are winners.  Enter, Sledgehammer from 1983.  Listen to the episode to see how we ranked this one as one of our worst movies that we've watched.  The story starts with an abusive mother locking her son in a closet so she can fool around with her lover.  They're both cheating on their spouses.  Well, apparently the kid breaks out of the closet and kills both of them with a sledgehammer.  Fast forward 10 years.  A group of friends are staying in the same cabin to party and drink, and one by one they fall victim to a killer wielding a sledgehammer.  The plot is about as deep as a cookie sheet.  But that's why we do this for you all!  Listen, enjoy our take on one that's not so great.
