Episode 56: Helter Skelter-Charles Manson (2004)

We visited the Manson family this week as we discussed the 2004 film, "Helter Skelter"! The highly publicized crime scenes took the media by storm which spawned countless shows, documentaries, and movies based on the accounts. However, none cover the incidents quite like the "Helter Skelter" TV movie that debuted on CBS. The film is based on the 1974 book, "Helter Skelter: The True Story of the Manson Murders" which was written by Vincent Bugliosi and Curt Gentry. Charles Manson was a visionary man and his persona still intrigues people to this day. Although his recent death may have been a relief to some, his presence and outlandish ideations will leave a footprint for years to come. Gather together and watch "Helter Skelter".
