The Slamfest Podcast brings the premier rock concert pregaming experience from the parking lot to the podcasting airwaves. 

Episode 100 - The "Birth" of Slafmest.  Brad, Matt, Andy, Mike, Brad C. and Jay got together and  saw Ozzfest 2004 - Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Slayer and Black Label Society - at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village, CO, just outside Denver.   Brad welcomes everyone who attended this concert - Matt, Andy, Mike, Brad C. and Jay - to recap the show and discuss the topics.  Jay dropped off midway through so we brought on Craig for the remainder of the episode.  For the Band on the Bill Spotlight, they pin Judas Priest's eighth studio album, Screaming for Vengeance up against their ninth studio album, Defenders of The Faith, but with a twist - specific songs up against eachother.   After a Slamfest Tip of the Week, they are faced with a "Which Side are you On?" - Side 1 of Sabbath's third studio album, Master of Reality, from 1971 vs. Side 1 of Sabbath's fourth studio album, Vol 4 from 1972.
