So this episode and the next episode feature Alisha Holland, because we had episodes we had recorded and never released. It’s not enough to run, these days you have to be able to track that you were running as well. What we are trying to say is, if I can’t share on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter why would I do any physical activity at all? I just realized that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter spell FIT. How appropriate! Seriously, the only reason to do exercise, so I can exercise at other people and make feel like lesser human beings. “An unexamined life is not worth living.” was said by someone at some point, I would look it up but since no one is tracking how I use the internet, what’s the point of that?!?
Can we talk about something? I want to talk to you about something called “natural ability”. Now, I personally have the natural ability to literally say the weirdest thing at the weirdest times. For example, I was talking to someone recently and she said “I imagine us like a mix between ’50 Shades of Grey’ and… um…” to which I replied “‘All Dogs Go To Heaven’?” Maybe I should work on my game. But I know of one man who has amazing natural ability to say lots of words that sound good together in complete stories that are really insightful, intelligent and, more importantly, downright hilarious! His name: S. Anthony. The show? The appropriately named “S. Anthony Says”… take a listen, you will not regret it.
