In my 40th year I’ve challenged myself to run sub 16 minute 5k and a sub 60 minute 25 mile TT. Project 1660 is all in aid of getting myself in shape for the ITU World Duathlon Championships in Almere, Netherlands in September. I’ll be discussing my training and giving advice on how to run and bike faster.
