Whether you know her from her time on the Indy’s as Cherry Bomb or most recently as the current Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion, Allie has been a force in women’s wrestling for well over a decade. Interesting though, she admits to not being much of an athlete growing up. She really only entered the athletic realm when she began her training to become a pro wrestling in her native land of Canada. She certainly didn’t waste any time picking up the craft though. She has performed all over the world and for companies such as Shimmer, Shine, CZW, New Japan, and even tried out for the WWE before landing in Impact Wrestling.

This week, David Penzer sits down with Allie to discuss her career in depth, how she first got interested in wrestling and who her favorites were growing up, how she broke into the business, teaming up with Kimber Lee, her tryout for FCW in Tampa with Dusty Rhodes, the birth of Allie and transitioning from the Cherry Bomb character she had been her entire career, how becoming Allie was a blessing, her marriage to Braxton Sutter, working with Impact Wrestling’s Rosemary both on camera and off with their company Demon Bunny, and most importantly, her battles with anxiety and depression that she recently spoke publicly about for the first time.

All of that and so much more fun with the Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champ Allie on this week’s Sitting Ringside!
