The despicable drahl have surfaced once more.  An attack on a farmstead led to devastating destruction, a small measure of their power as the searched for something of great importance, one that perhaps could change the world.  

Young Emmeline is now on the run, fled the scene at the eleventh hour thanks to the help of a Libran tracker.  But escape is far from assured.
