Classic. The Haunting of Letchworth Village Asylum w/ Accio Politics!

In honor of October, we are dusting off some of our favorite Halloween themed episodes for your edification. 
The historic mental hospital stands abandoned; the tortured souls of its residents are said to still haunt the property.

Adriana from Accio Politics! Podcast guest co-hosts on this episode talking about the abandoned Letchworth Village residential location. Located in Rockland County, New York- Letchworth Village had over 130 buildings spread over 2,000 acres. It was created to be an independent working farm to treat those that were physically and mentally disabled of all ages. Sadly, over the decades the original intent was lost with underfunding, overcrowding and abuses. Eventually it closed; however, it has been said that the tortured souls are still present on the property.
