On October 9, 1984, Kim Sue Leggett went missing. She was last seen standing outside Ross Cotton Gin, where she worked in Mercedes, Texas. Kim Sue worked there as a secretary for her father-in-law. Leggett was studying to be an X-Ray technician and left behind a child.
