What’s most challenging about leading organizations today? Well, we are going to discuss this very question on today's episode of the Simply Straight Talk Show.

Leadership has its share of benefits and rewards. Managers/supervisors are usually in a better position to influence and lead change. In most organizations, being a leader means you are able to impact company goals and employee needs. Most importantly, there’s nothing like the satisfaction of helping an individual or team reach their goals and perform at their best.

However, there’s a price to pay for the status and those extra rewards and perks. Being a manager means you also have to deal with tough issues that can cause you to lose sleep. From disgruntled employees to unrealistic goals regarding new or current work projects. Managers/supervisors also have to be able to represent the voice of the company administrators while also serving as the voice of the employees. It goes without saying that sometimes that when a clash of views takes place the Managers/supervisors are caught in the middle of a tug of war that can become quite nasty.
