CON: Heavily fictionalised version of the life of a man who did some really bad stuff in his time.
Our love of musicals won out on this occasion, and we decided to review the film as presented, but read up on PT Barnum and his life (including slave-owning and exploitation of disabled children) and watch with that in mind.
