Your Guide to Creed (2015)

Despite intending Rocky Balboa (2006) aka Rocky VI to be the Italian Stallion's last hoorah...turns out his story isn't quite finished. Fan fiction turned reality, Black Panther director Ryan Coogler's dream came true when he was given the greenlight by Sylvester Stallone himself to create a spin-off from the long running franchise. Instead of once again focusing on Balboa, this time our main protagonist would be the son of Apollo Creed...a character audiences hadn't seen in 30 years. Not only resurrecting but spinning-off an old but memorable franchise is a risky move. Does Coogler's fresh vision take the series into new rounds?
