Sébastien Raoux is a climate change, energy, and sustainable development expert with over 25 years of experience as an environmental scientist, a specialist in international environmental law, and an entrepreneur. As a Lead Author of the 2006 Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, he has been distinguished for his contribution to the work of the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which was co-awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize along with former Vice President Al Gore “for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change”.
