UX & CX are both essential parts of a good marketing concept and strategy. More often than not, both terminologies get interchanged for their definitions and this is purely based on the similarities of the two. However, UX is part of CX and striking a balance on both has the effect of improving your brand equity and sales traction. A research that was done on the two showed that 86% of customers were willing to pay more for a better CX and UX and were also much more willing to become returning visitors/users/customers.
