This is part five of a seven part series in which I feature guests that are all People of Color that performed in Hallelujah Hollywood, Jubilee, and/or Hello, Hollywood, Hello between 1973-2016. Victor Littles was a dancer in the line formerly known as the “Ebony Guys” in Jubilee. He started his dance training late, but was able to work as a professional dancer with the help of mentors like Winston Hemsley and Tricia Lee, guiding him along the way. We discuss his life after dance and how he transitioned into the world of education obtaining his doctorate and his foray into politics. And of course, we discussed his experience being a Man of Color in a show and how systematic racism affected his experience.
