Kamal a.k.a Kam Aggarwal is a highly passionate, motivated, and goal-driven entrepreneur with a proven track record of providing innovative business solutions utilizing a broad range of skills.

She is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pune, India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Born in India, she immigrated to Unites States in 1995 and was one of a handful of women of color to work for the information technology department of a waste management firm. Her career in IT skyrocketed from here on, and she started consulting to gain diverse knowledge and expertise. Her first formal leadership position was as a supervisor for an IT Department in a Retail Software Development Company. She worked her way to senior management. She gained expertise in building and leading diverse and cross functions teams, both on and offshore. Kam has worked for many Fortune 500 companies like Oracle, General Motors, and Target.

She is the founder and president of Peaceful Mind Homes, a residential care facility for seniors. Under her leadership, this startup generated about $840K annual revenue by following a strategic growth strategy.

She also serves as the President of Mollywood Productions, a creative arts company with a mission to connect, promote, and support performing arts, films, and talent from diverse backgrounds. Her production was widely recognized and featured in Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine, Edina Magazine, and MN Playlist.

Kam is the founder of Small Business Hub a social media strategy, business education, and media buying company that helps small business broadcast their brilliance to the world. She also enjoys real estate investing.
