Shotgun Sports USA is trying something a little different. Tom Seay will be stepping in for a few episodes as the host to give all of our listeners a little different perspective. This week Tom got on the phone with Joe Fanizzi to have a conversation about some very interesting topics that you all will not want to miss!

Tom and Joe discussed some of their similarities in how they grew up in the sport. This led into the meat of meat of the podcast as they discussed how their practice regimens, mindset, and managing preparation has changed as they both have taken on more responsibility and life in general has began to play a factor in their shooting. This is a topic most of you all can relate to as jobs, families, school, and other responsibilities play a major factor in managing the time you are able to dedicate to the sport and how to handle that mindset.
