We’re thrilled to have Lauren Mansfield return to Shooting The Breeze, she’s one of our OG Series 1 pod guests that is doing great things in the community.

An experienced point guard for the Adelaide Lightning, Loz gives us an insight into her hopes and expectations for the WNBL season ahead with exciting player developments.

An exciting yet humble player, Loz has low key been smashing it in every way possible.

Recently starting a training business alongside fellow NBL1 North Adelaide teammate Brooke Basham, called Complete Athlete Project, known as CAP, Loz and Basham are fully leveraging their skills, experience, and connections to deliver something special for young females playing basketball in Adelaide. In a holistic approach CAP provides skills training in tandem with wellbeing and mentoring.

If starting a new business doesn’t stack your calendar, try adding a few 3x3 global tournaments representing the Green & Gold.

It’s a Golden era for our Women’s 3x3 squad. Loz and the team have brought home 2 Bronze and a Gold medal in the last 12 months - at the Commonwealth Games, Asia Cup and the World Cup, to complete a stunning trilogy for the Women’s Gangurru’s.

We’re grateful that Loz shared not only her wins, but it’s her authenticity by stepping out of her comfort zone making her a true role model for young players in achieving their dreams and purpose.

Enjoy!
