For this week's episode I am joined by Lakeisha Wilson, who has spent the last 21 years working as an educator and  Public Health Nutritionist, to have a chat about nutrition. She has  a wealth of knowledge on topics such as weight management, diabetes, breastfeeding, healthy eating in the workplace and providing diabetes and hypertension education. Lakeisha's passion for nutrition inspires us to be intentional about knowing our risk factors and aware of ways to counteract them for ourselves and our families through preventative approaches.
