We are so very happy to have Katina Mountanos on the pod!

Katina is the founder of On Adulting, a viral blog and community of over 20,000 millennials who are figuring out how to navigate adulthood in a conscious, happy way. She is also a mindset coach, certified yoga + meditation teacher, and start up advisor. Her work has featured on HuffPost, Fast Company, Teen Vogue, Elite Daily, Mindbodygreen, and others. She started her career in environmental sustainability at Goldman Sachs, and since then has helped dozens of humans develop conscious decision-making skills through her coaching and consulting. She is about to launch a new company in Spring 2020 called Daydreamers, a "gym" for creativity.

In this interview, we get to know Katina and the path that led her to create On Adulting. From working in investment banking immediately out of college to moving across the country, quitting her day job and going full time with her dream business, we get into it all! On Adulting started as thoughts scribbled down in moleskin journals on the subway and ended up becoming a viral lifestyle space helping thousands of millennials figure out this "growing up" thing. Katina lives a minimalist, conscious and mindful lifestyle and shares her wisdom on how to create this peace and intention within your own life. Let's be real here, growing up is freaking hard and wildly confusing. She gives invaluable pointers on how to slow down and do what feels good, while still holding yourself accountable as a human on this Earth. As fellow millennials we truly appreciated her insight, purpose and complete honesty that, like us, she's figuring it out as she goes on.
