I really like the Cover of  @Disturbed  's rendition of the  @SimonGarfunkelVEVO  classic "The Sound of Silence".

The Singer of Disturbed, David Draiman, chooses his Rock Voice wisely in here and slowly builds up to the Crescendo of the song.

I guess at their / his status he has nothing more to prove and everyone knows that he can sing with a strong rock voice.

So is very nicely held back for the most part, benefiting the song greatly. "Hand auf's Herz" ... I have to admit I was never a great fan of  @Disturbed , their music is good and if you hear them, through their distinct musical and vocal sound you always will recognize them, so that is a great "trademark" for them, but besides their cover versions, I never found them very engaging or original.

They seem to copy themselves usually and stick to their formula. That is okay of course, just wanted to explain a bit why I was not so much into their original songs ...

This is just my opinion of course ... and this rendition is great. Check it out here:
