Today I'm joined in the car with my buddy, and personal trainer, Todd Hartman as we come home from the Total Archery Challenge. We had a great time at TAC! Todd just got into archery a couple months back and got to experience the camaraderie of archery and meet some nice folks. We unpack how he got into archery and how fitness relates to it. We also get to hear some of Todd's backstory and how fitness (and now archery) have helped him move beyond some of his challenges from the past.
