She is a marriage and family therapist who has her own story of how God broke her free from the lies of a poor self-image to know her true worth in God. She talks about why we buy into the corrupt beauty standards that our culture pushes and how to be aware of how the beauty industry promotes insecurities among women. It was, for sure, an eye-opener for me as I will look at beauty advertising through a whole new lens!
