Dancers and performers have to deal with a lot of stuff- pressures of performing, dealing with rejection, motivational issues, negative body image (we do spend a lot of time in front of the mirror). How can we deal with it all in the best possible way? How do we deal with trauma of injuries? Lucie Clements has a PhD in psychology and focuses all her attention on helping dancers navigate their careers and dealing with it all in the best possible way.
Today she talks most common issues dancers come to her with and how she turned her traumatic experience into something truly inspiring.
